Provide world-class Level 1 & 2 remote desktop support to global clients. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues via AnyDesk / TeamViewer.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites and web applications for Solvitron and its global clients — from WordPress/WooCommerce to custom PHP/React projects.
Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, firewalls, and routers for corporate clients. Ensure zero-downtime connectivity for our global customer base.
Drive new business growth by selling Solvitron's CareShield AMC plans and managed IT services to SMBs and enterprises across India and international markets.
Manage, monitor, and optimise cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) and on-premise Windows/Linux servers for Solvitron's managed clients under 24/7 uptime SLAs.
Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats across client environments. Conduct vulnerability assessments, remove malware, and help organisations implement zero-trust security frameworks.
A hands-on internship for aspiring IT professionals. Learn real-world remote support, troubleshooting, and client communication under the mentorship of certified senior engineers.
Create SEO-optimised blog articles, technical guides, service pages, and social content that drives organic traffic and establishes Solvitron as the authority in remote IT support.
